3. Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted the booking and the required deposit or advance payment has been received. Submitting a form or inquiry through the website does not guarantee availability. We will confirm availability after checking the requested event date, time, location, and package requirements.
4. Pricing
All prices shown on the website are estimates and may change without prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed and payment terms are agreed, the confirmed package price will apply unless the customer requests changes.

5. Payment

6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate event details, including event date, time, venue address, contact person details, setup location, power supply availability, venue rules, access, and parking information. The customer must ensure that the venue provides suitable space and safe access for our team and equipment.
7. Setup and Venue Requirements
The customer must provide a suitable setup area that is safe, clean, and protected from rain, direct water exposure, excessive dust, unstable flooring, or other risks. For outdoor events, the customer must provide proper shelter or covering for the equipment. We reserve the right to pause or stop service if weather or venue conditions may damage equipment or create safety risks.
8. Event Delays
If the event is delayed due to venue access issues, customer-side delays, power issues, guest flow, or other circumstances outside our control, the booked service time will still run according to the agreed booking schedule. Additional service time may be provided only if our team is available and the extra time charge is accepted by the customer.
9. Prints and Digital Files
We aim to provide high-quality prints and digital images. However, final results may be affected by venue lighting, guest movement, backdrop placement, crowd control, and other event conditions. Digital files, online galleries, or sharing links may be provided depending on the selected package.
10. Image Use and Promotional Rights
Unless the customer informs us otherwise in writing before the event, we may use selected event photos, booth setup photos, and videos for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials. We will avoid using sensitive or inappropriate images. If a customer wants specific images removed from our promotional platforms, they may contact us at smile@1two3click.com.
11. Equipment Damage
The customer is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests, event attendees, venue staff, or third parties during the event, except where the damage is caused by our own negligence. The customer may be required to pay repair or replacement costs for damaged or missing equipment, props, or accessories.
12. Service Limitations
We will do our best to provide the agreed service professionally and on time. However, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service limitations caused by power failure, internet issues, venue restrictions, weather conditions, road closures, extreme traffic, accidents, emergencies, acts of God, or events beyond our reasonable control.
