Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we confirm availability for the requested date and time, the customer confirms the package and event details, the required deposit or advance payment is received, and we accept the booking.

Submitting an inquiry through the website does not automatically confirm a booking.

2. Deposit / Advance Payment

A deposit or advance payment is required to reserve the event date. The booking date will not be held unless the required payment is completed. If another customer confirms the same date before payment is received, availability may change.

3. Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. If the balance is not paid on time, we may pause, cancel, or withhold the service until payment is completed. For some bookings, full payment may be required before the event.

4. Booking Changes

Customers may request changes to the event date, event time, venue, package, add-ons, or service duration. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. If the new date or time is unavailable, the booking may be treated as a cancellation.

5. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable, but we may allow one date change depending on availability.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply if preparation costs have already been incurred.
  • Same-day cancellations: the full booking amount may be charged.

Custom-made items, printed materials, special props, backdrops, frames, or outsourced services may be non-refundable once production or preparation has started.

6. Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule a confirmed booking. Approval depends on our availability for the new date and time. A booking may usually be rescheduled once without losing the deposit if reasonable notice is given. Further changes may require an additional payment.

7. Cancellation by 1two3click Photobooth

We may cancel or refuse a booking if payment is not received on time, incorrect or incomplete event information is provided, the event location is unsafe or unsuitable, the customer or guests behave abusively toward our team, the event involves illegal or unsafe activity, or circumstances beyond our control prevent us from providing the service.

If we cancel due to our own unavailability or internal issue, we will offer a refund of payments made for the unavailable service or help arrange an alternative solution where possible.

8. Outdoor Events and Weather

For outdoor events, the customer must provide a safe and covered setup area. Our equipment cannot be exposed to rain, water, strong wind, unstable surfaces, or unsafe conditions. If weather or venue conditions make the setup unsafe, we may pause, relocate, or cancel the service. Refunds may not be provided where the issue is caused by unsuitable event conditions outside our control.

9. Venue Access and Delays

The customer must ensure that our team has access to the venue at the agreed setup time. If access is delayed, the booked service time may still end at the originally agreed time. Extra time may be provided only if our team is available and the additional charge is accepted. The customer is responsible for venue permissions, parking, loading access, power supply, and setup space.

10. Service Area and Travel Charges

Delivery and setup may be included for selected areas or packages. Additional travel or transport charges may apply depending on the event location, distance, timing, parking, or venue access requirements. Any additional travel charge will be discussed before booking confirmation where possible.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellation, delay, or service interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, road closures, power failures, government restrictions, strikes, emergencies, venue shutdowns, internet issues, or network failures.

12. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed based on the reason for cancellation, notice period, preparation costs, and services already provided. Refunds are not usually provided for change of mind, same-day cancellations, customer-side delays, venue access problems, weather issues at outdoor events without proper shelter, custom items already prepared, or services already provided.
